By accessing and using AuraHireAI ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Service Description

AuraHireAI is an autonomous recruitment platform that uses artificial intelligence to source, screen, and interview candidates. We aim to facilitate the connection between job seekers ("Candidates") and employers ("Recruiters").

3. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AURAHIREAI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (I) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, (II) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR (III) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

4. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AURAHIREAI, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN.

5. AI Decision Making

You acknowledge that AuraHireAI uses automated decision-making processes. While we strive for fairness and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that our AI models are wholly free from bias or error. Companies are solely responsible for their final hiring decisions.
